Speed Bags
(2 products)
The high frequency of movement when using this piece of gym gear forces your reactions to speed up while maintaining a flawless technique. Speed balls are hanging down from a platform that sends them bouncing back up when hit by a fighter. Usually, peed ball drills are performed at the end of a workout for conditioning purposes as the fighter needs to keep up his hands all the time in proximity to the ball and the platform. It simulates the long rounds a fight may last with the need to keep up your guard.
Double-end balls on the other side are used for eye-hand coordination, offensive agility, and defensive reflexes. Both pieces of equipment are either used in combination with hand wraps or bag gloves, or both. You must be fast ... good luck hitting!
