Top Ten uniforms and competitive safety gear, its designs, features, and distribution are controlled and regulated by stringent rules of the International Taekwon-Do Federation to ensure safe and fair light-contact competition. The founders of Top Ten have been some of the first Taekwondo Blackbelts in the history of the sport under Grandmaster Choi Hong Hi.
